In 1997, we all went to India for my dad's "Shasthipoorthishanti" which is a Hindu celebration held on a man's 60th birthday. The celebration includes religious ceremonies and also a renewal of marriage vows between the man and his wife. We stayed in Bangalore with relatives for most of the trip, but we also made time to travel to Bombay, Dehli, Jaipur, and Agra
